TRAVEL AGENTS ARE GREAT!
We generally do not use an agent to book cruises, but since this was our first river cruise and we needed to also plan a pre-cruise stay in Switzerland, I checked out Premier.  Not only did we get an exceptional value on our Avalon Imagery cruise, Scott did a sensational job of arranging all the details of a delightful stay in Basel, Lucerne and Zurich.  River cruise was top notch with everything looked after as if we were in a deluxe resort, Avalon took care of everything. Great crew, good food and we loved the included shore excursions. Your guide book you send (Compass Point Guide) made getting ready for the trip a breeze and the hotels you suggested for our land trip were also super.  Premier is tops for river cruises in our book and we'll continue to book with you for ALL our cruises. FRANCE WAS SENSATIONAL
I am not sure if we thank you or should be upset as we both gained about 5 pounds on our Avalon cruise/tour through Provence and our stay in Paris. This was our first such trip and Avalon and Premier both exceeded our expectations. From the moment Avalon met us at the airport until we got on the plane to go home, they managed every part of our vacation pefectly. The hotels on our tour portion were great as was our balcony stateroom on the Poetry. This was a trip of a lifetime in every way and Premier helped us with a great price, paid our tips and got us super, low costs flights.  We also enjoyed some of your Paris restaurant suggestions which were really cool and very, very local. RIVER CRUISES FOR EVER
We have enjoyed over 20 ocean cruises and finally got tired of the big, big ships, so we decided to take a river cruise.  We reached out to Premier (Scott) with all of our questions and concerns about traveling on a smaller ship. The end result, one of the most enjoyable, inclusive trips we have ever had aboard the Avalon Vista.  Price was an issue and Scott worked with us to find that perfect trip at the best rate.  Avalon was outstanding with very nice food and over the top service from a really warm cruise on the ship. There was nothing we needed and loved the fact that wine and beer was included with our shore excursions which were alson great. Premier was tops in every way and your first time cruiser information guide was the best! Thank you Scott for a great vacationand we cannot wait to go again.

OUR FIRST WAS A DELIGHT!
Thanks to Premier and Avalon, the celebration of our 25th anniversary was a great success.  The Avalon Passion was a delight in every sense. We loved her cabins with the beds faciing the river and actually had coffee in bed a couple of mornings as we cruised. The crew was very warm and focused all the time on great service.  Avalon's food was very good and provided so many options that even a picky eater as my husband was truly satisfied.  Shore excursions and guides were very nice and loved the active tour options. Premier did an exceptional job in every way, loved your Budapest hotel and restaurant suggestions for our extra days and your Compass Gude book made getting ready for our trip so easy. Thanks to all for a perfect first river cruise.

A VERY NICE RIVER CRUISE

A WOW VACATION ON AVALON!
I think we have become river cruise “junkies.” Avalon and Premier really have sold us on river cruising. Not only was the price right, but once on board, the Avalon people did a marvelous job. The bar tender even knew our name on day 2 and we were there only once. Food was very good, the tours were wonderful and the overall trip so relaxing and informative. OUR 40TH ANNIVERSARY WAS SPECIAL!
"We had a GREAT trip in every way. One of the hightlights was our three days of museum-going, eating and drinking in Amsterdam, one of my very favorite cities ever. Thanks, for the great recommendation of the Ambassade Hotel, it was fabulous. Our first day on the Artistry, we met a couple from Perth who were great fun and made the trip even more special. This ship, what can I say, it too was perfect and better than we expected in every way. It's a beautiful new boat and our room was so comfy – great linens and the bed was like a womb. We loved the way the bed angled to allow us to watch the world float by while lounging with coffee. So much great service in so many ways. The cruise director was sensational and made our touring delightful in every port. Guides were good, food on ship was a pure delight [I gained 5 pounds], and everthing was so easy and hassle free. We're hooked on river cruising and sold on Avalon."

The CompassPoint Guide saved my life because my wife kept asking so many questions that I was ready to scream. So, when it came, it really saved our trip and me, so thanks for the great info. The Affinity, while a bit older than other Avalon ships we saw was really nice and well maintained. Everyone on board was courteous and to my surprise, spoke perfect English. The food was very good and the service made it even better and overall the Affinity exceeded our expectations, especially on the touring side where they were very well designed. WELL ORGANIZED FOR TWO LADIES
"Thanks for organizing a wonderful first river cruise experience for us both. The Vista was a fabulous ships and we absoluitely loved our balcony stateroom. We had coffee and danish every morning to jump start our day and it was wonderful to just do it without rushing. The staff went out of their way to please and accommodate, even down to preparing a couple of my favorite pasta dishes that were not even on the menu. They just could not do enough to make sure we had a great time. We loved the ports, especially the organ recital in Melk and the time in Prague which was super. You're help in selecting Avalon and then guiding us through the process of picking some neat hotels is very much appreciated. Your Compass Guide really simplified things for two ladies trying to pack for two weeks, it was great. We even ate at three of your recommended restaurants; two in Prague and one in Budapest and all three were outstanding. The trip was perfect, the weather was perfect and we both think the highlight was that we came home rested and revived, so thanks for your help."

"As you know, we were a bit skeptical about a river cruise with our 20 year old daughter. Now that we are back, it was absolutely so perfect for our family that we all cannot wait to do it again. Your choice of hotels [Aria] in Prague, got the trip off to a great start. This was followed up by the selection of the Vista as our cruise ship and what a beaut! Our cabins were pristine, the cabin attendant knew our moves and it was always perfect when we returned from our shore excursions. We enjoyed everything about the cruise, especially the way dinners were handled in a more casual way. "I am writing to you from London and wanted to let you know that everything went very smoothly. The Avalon Expression was very nice and our room quite comfortable. Likewise the bathroom was great. Avalon's food was very nicely prepared and beautifully presented to us each evening. Their shore excursions provided an in-depth look at each of the ports we visited and their guides were very knowledgeable. Thanks for your help in getting this all put together. I know this is what you do and, from our experience, you and your staff do it very well. Traveling such a long distance [From Bangkok] and working with a new company like Premier had us worried, but it was as if you were next door and you made us feel very comfortable at every step. A DANUBE DELIGHT
"Both Linda and I wanted to tell you how pleased we were with the entire Danube trip, Avalon, and how well you prepared this great vacation for us! We were both very pleased with the ship, food, itinerary, cabin selection, etc. We had absolutely no complaints, not one.  Avalon did a great job and our French balcony with floor to ceiling sliding glass window was a great plus. We met many fun passengers, crew was friendly and hard-working and the evening entertainent they brought on board was great! Their included tours were quite good and we only opted for a couple of optional tours. We loved both Budapest and Prague and ate way too much. Most memorable new food surprises: AMAZING little grilled pork sausages, and mustard in Nuremberg and Ragensburg; Goulash soup with paprika in Budapest, and cold, cold Pilsner beer in the Czech Republic [you were right]. This was a truly top notch vacation that we will remember always. You and the Premier team prepared us well and made this so enjoyable and effortless for me that I want to thank you again."

He ran the Scenery with such style and concern, always attentive to staff and to the needs of the passengers.
