SOLD ON RIVER CRUISING!
Thank you for putting a terrific cruise (and extension to Prague) together for us. Everything was perfect (including the weather) and we loved every part of our first river cruise and Emerald's marvelous new ship the Destiny. Our stateroom was perfect and one of the things we loved most over ocean cruises is less people and how it is to get on and off the ship. The entire crew was great as were the tours and tour guides. Your CompassPoint Guide saved us as did your great touring information on Prague. We're ready to book for next spring.

EVEN BETTER THAN LAST TIME
The Douro was absolutely breathtaking and maybe the best of all our river cruises. We very much enjoyed Lisbon before the cruise and Emerald's hotel was in a perfect location. As you know, this was our second cruise on Emerald and it was even better than our first cruise with them. This crew was sensational, knew our names, what I preferred to drink, and just were so, so warm and friendly. The cabins were much larger than expected and the food, really nice and served by a really good team of servers and assistants. Yes, hard to believe, better than last time on Emerald which I thought would be hard to do. You guys were great as usual and your suggestions on places to eat in Lisbon was spot on. Thanks!

VERY SURPRISED AT THE QUALITY
We had a great trip with three days in Paris at the hotel Premier recommended, Le Relais Madeleine, which was great and had the BEST location, thanks for that. As you [Scott] know, we had been on Scenic before this Emerald cruise and we thought that while not the same experience as Scenic, it was fantastic. Excellent food, same great tour guides as Scenic uses with slightly smaller cabins. Fact is, we did not spend much time in the cabins as the cruise was so active. Thanks again for all your great preparation for Nice which we loved and thanks for recommending this incredible value and one of our best river cruises so far. Thanks also for telling us to go in October, crowds were down and weather was a constant 75!

EXCEPTIONAL FIRST RIVER CRUISE
We did not know what to expect on our first river cruise, but you guys (Premier) really had us ready. Your guide book (CompassPoint Guide) and Premier Thoughts on Burgundy & Provence was really helpful and your places of where to eat on our time in Lyon was the best! We loved the hotels you suggested. The boat was great, the service staff was awesome, and everyone made us feel right at home on the Liberté. We loved the food and their complimentary wines from France were very nice. All in all, a great trip, really neat touring in France, and you gave us an exeptional price. We can't wait to begin planning for our Danube trip next year.

A REMARKABLE FIRST CRUISE!
Laurie and I both thoroughly enjoyed our time with Emerald Waterways. From our flight departure and greeting by their rep in Prague, to their Budapest Airport rep who escorted us 100 feet to the Air Canada check in, everything was flawless. You’re Compass Point Guide and Premier Thoughts were a terrific help to our planning, and gave us a better sense of where we would be. We had them on board with us, and shared them (and your card) with two couples we had met from Burlington and Oakville Ont. Both were impressed with the level of service we had received from you and your company. Hopefully, you will have new Canadian clients in the future!
Staff on board Emerald where fun and engaging. Food was generally good to very good. Shore tours where a welcome addition, as it provided us with a starting point to our time in each port. Emerald really thought of everything to provide us with a well thought out and engaging vacation in Prague and on the Danube. For our first River Cruise, we have raved about you, Premier River Cruises, Emerald Waterways and the amazing itinerary and sightseeing.

THE PERFECT SOLO STATEROOM!
I recently enjoyed a fabulous 15 day cruise aboard the Emerald Dawn in one of their solo cabins. This is an excellent option and something that solo travellers have been begging the industry for. I loved retreating to my little oasis at the end of a busy day. It was a cozy space that is equipped with all the luxurious touches of the regular sized cabins. I really think that the only thing I compromised on is that the bed was sized for a single which meant the room was smaller. The bathroom seemed full sized and was bigger than many I have experienced on full sized cabins on ocean liners. Like the other cabins, I had my own bar fridge and enjoyed the bottled water left for me every day. Toiletries in the bathroom were lovely and the bed linens and duvet really added to the comfort and upscale feel of the cabin. The solo cabins are well located within the ship for easy access to all the public spaces like the lounge and restaurant. I would definitely make this choice again and recommend this option to friends who travel solo. Oh yes, the cruise and Emerald staff were absolutely the best!

"Fantastic! Everything was fantastic. The boat, the crew, food, entertainment and service were absolutely wonderful and we loved the pool. They made a point of adding in some very nice cultural experiences. We had 2 incredible concerts, dance and music presentations. "I had a wonderful time on the Emerald Star. It was a wonderful ship, great crew... I just loved it. Sure, my single cabin was a bit snug as you noted, but really spent so little time in it, the value of my cruise far outweighed the smaller cabin. Can't believe that they include just about everything in the price. Highly recommend Emerald for any solo traveler, even if they're not on a budget. Loved meeting the Aussies and a few other solo travelers; it was great. I also enjoyed the intimate nature of this type of trip (my first) with only 160 passengers. This has to rank as one of the top 2 or 3 vacations I've ever enjoyed. And, it was great not to come home with all those credit card bills that I normally have after a trip. This cruise line is top shelf in every way and while not inexpensive, it was a great overall value. Already thinking about a France river cruise soon."
