LOVED SCENIC
We loved our first river cruise on Scenic so much, I’ve actually posted it on my FB page. Scott, thank you for a memorable birthday celebration. The extras you and Premier provided made this a memorable vacation. Scenic covered every single detail from finding us at the airport, to sending us home in a private car. They could not have been more accommodating and we loved the fact that there we a number of Australian’s on board, what fun. Food was top notch and not having to even give them a credit card was a first! Can’t wait to go again.

A SMOOTH FIRST RIVER CRUISE!
Thank you for a memorable 60th bday celebration. Premier team covered every detail and your guide books and Premier Thoughts made our trip a breeze with no surprises. Everything went smooth, from Scenic finding us at airport, whisking us away to hotel complimentary holding room where our luggage was taken and refreshments were plentiful. The boat is so modern and new and our glass enclosed shower was bigger than any boat we've been on. State of art electronics in room were incredible! We were blessed with perfect weather, so that helped, but every tour for the next day was on our bed, with a list of all other tours for the next day. If you wanted to switch, just tell activities director, no worries. All guides were professional and it was a private educational feast where tons of info given, including history and present day politics. Fascinating lessons. Food was top notch, drinks top shelf and not a dime more was spent unless you wanted souvenirs. For a true vacation, and no thought except to be on deck when tours leave, all details taken care of once on board, a trip on Scenic is perfect.

The Scenic Crystal was a fabulous ship. Everything was sparklingly clean, the food was excellent and the staff were all terrific and friendly. And the cabins, OMG, they were the best we've ever enjoyed, even on ocean ships. We wish we could book a 2015 cruise and get the same crew next year."

WE COULDN'T BELIEVE THE SERVICES, FOOD AND TOUR OPTIONS
The staff on our Scenic cruise was perfectly delightful. In my ship's review, I said they were their treasure. The food was wonderful and not too much — the buffets for breakfast and lunch were extraordinary and dinner in one of the many venues was a delight. We've taken a river cruise on the other luxury brand, but really enjoyed this more because of the more friendly and casual atmosphere once on board. And Scenic's shore tours, well they created a problem for us, but it was a good problem. We had a difficult time deciding on which of the tours to enjoy as there were 3-5 different choices in each port.

OUR FAMILY REUNION ABOARD SCENIC WAS THE TIME OF OUR LIVES
There were eight of us who loved our Jewels of Europe cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest. Before I talk about the cruise, I want to thank Scott (at Premier) for his expertise in making this a special trip and suggesting such great hotels and restuarnats before and after the cruise. The crew on Scenic knew each of our names within a day, knew why we were there and could not have been nicer and more accommodating, they really enhanced our trip. There were so many shore tours that everyone in the family could do their own thing, and the guides were great. Our favorite two events were the after-dinner concert in a Viennese palace and the medieval banquet in a real castle.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED
This (Scenic) was our first river cruise and we had never heard of them. We had enjoyed many ocean cruises on Crystal, Oceania and others, but wanted something a bit different. We wanted to really see an area, but were affraid a river cruise was to "old" for us. Boy, were we wrong and a big thank you to Dawn (at Premier) for guiding us to Scenic. She showed us how extensive and varied their shore excursions were and, because she had sailed on Scenic, was able to really make us feel comfortable that Scenic was a great choice. Everything was perfect and hassle-free and it was a delight sailing with a number of fun-loving Aussies. This was one of the best values we ever enjoyed!

EXPENSIVE, BUT WELL WORTH IT
When we first compared Scenic with another high end river cruise, we thought they were a bit pricey. When we returned home, we knew that we had made the right choice for us and cannot say enough about Scenic and what they offer. Free bicycles, free spirits, unbelieveably nice cabins and the lounges were the best we've ever seen on ANY ship, river or ocean. We loved the shore excursions and took as many as we could each day. We also loved their Tailormade self-touring device that we used extensively during our free time in many of the ports. It even worked on on of our bicycle tours, it's really cool and easy to use.

WE NEED ANOTHER VACATION
Coming from New Zealand, we wanted to really see a number of places in Europe on our first trip. We found Premier, who after spending much time with us, suggested a Scenic cruise and tour and we have to give it a big thumbs up. We toured from sun up to well after sunset and loved it. We don't have a lot to compare the cruise with, but we've already booked for next year, so that tells you how much we enjoyed every single part of the trip and the friendly people we met.

MY ONLY BILL WAS FOR THE HAIR DRESSER!
I was traveling solo and really was not sold on Scenic until you (Dawn) really talked to me about your experience on one of their cruises.  When you mentioned that there are a number of solo travelers on most of the cruises, AND it was fully inclusive, I thought why not!  Boy was I glad I listened to you and booked Scenic. Not only was absolutely everything included [first time that's ever happened on any cruise], their tours were really well done and I met so many new friends, both solo travelers and couples while on board. The funny thing is that when I got home, the only extra bill I had was for $30 and that was for the beauty salon on board. Great job by you Dawn and great job by the Premier staff as well. Thanks for all the great pre-cruise info to make this a perfect trip.

WHAT A MARVELOUS, PERFECTLY PLANNED VACATION!
We have been on ocean cruises on some of the best lines, but this was a remarkable vacation in so many ways. The Scenic shore excursions were so complete, the staff on board so polite and service focused and the food, wow, we looked forward to each evenings meal. Your team at Premier did a really, really good job of preparing us and you were right, the Compass Point Guide made us feel very comfortable about what would happen, so we were ready to enjoy the cruise. Thanks for the restaurant suggestions in Paris, they were exceptional. All in all, great job by all and the best was at the end when we left the ship with ZERO balance on our account as everything was included.
