"My daughter and I fell in love with the Catherine and her crew. They could not have been more friendly and helpful in every way. It was really great going on an 'all inclusive' river cruise when everything was included in the price, I never paid for anything, not even tips to guides and that was great. Uniworld's shore excursions were absolutely wonderful and one even included a cooking class in Avignon from one of the chefs at hotel Mirande. The excursion to the olive plantation was fantastic and we came back smarter and with all kinds of new olive oils. The ship was amazing and elegant! The room was very large and beautifully decorated. IT WAS A MARVELOUS TIME FOR ALL!
"The River Beatrice is just so beautiful, like sailing with an elegant friend and that's what we thought of her crew. They were always there, no matter what we wanted, even down to a salt substitute for one of the couples. The ship's amenities were excellent and our cabin while compact, had everything we could ever ask for including a devine shower head. It was also nice not having to pay for everything or anything once on board. The food on the ship was very good, lots of choices and each couple [there were four couples] had no problem looking forward to each and every meal, especially the bread puddings each lunch. Uniworld's tours were well run and we liked that they did not herd us together, but allowed us to be in rather small groups. All in all, one of our best trips ever and we've done other river cruise lines before. From all of us, a big thank you to Premier for arranging a great trip with all the extras we wanted before and after the cruise... especially loved your guide in Prague and tried to take him home!

"Eastern Europe was simply beautiful. Everthing was great, from the cities we visited, to the weather to the Uniworld river ship Beatrice.  The ship was in great condition, and the crew were fantastic, catering to every wish and question. All the included shore excursions were well thought out and enjoyable. We particularily enjoyed the organ recital at Melk Abbey at sunset, really well done. Glad we chose Uniworld even though it costs a bit more, we were very well satisfied and most certainly got our money's worth. Everything that Premier and you provided was top notch and took all the apprehension out of our first river cruise – my wife loves you. The information your firm provides on Prague and Budapest is better than anything we ever saw and we loved your restaurant suggestions, especially Rezkakas in Budapest (loved the gypsy music). PARIS AND NORMANDY SPLENDOR
"I cannot tell you how happy we were with Uniworld! From the moment our jet-lagged bodies got off the plane in Paris until their transfer back to DeGaulle, every single detail was looked after with both a smile and effeciency. Dawn (our agent), this has to rank as one of our best ever vacations and to say we are now spoiled and SOLD on river cruising, would be an gross understatement. Uniworld really is luxury and really understands how to treat their customers. The ship, although a bit older [River Baroness] was immaculate and the cabins were very well designed for our one week on board. Our ship was not completely full, so there were about 120 on board and I think we had dinner with every one of them, what a great way to travel and meet people. The food was splendid, loved the shore excursions and my husband lauded Uniworld for including everthing, but my hair salon appointment. And, yes, we are contemplating another cruise with Ama in the future. SOLO FOR THE HOLIDAYS
"Fist of all I want to thank everyone at Premier for making my first solo trip so pefect. As you know [Scott] this was my first adventure since losing my husband two years ago. I know I probably drove you nuts with all the questions... from how safe is it, to will there be other single travelers on board. Your patience is to be commended and you had an answer for everthing I wanted to know, guess it was lucky I found Premier. While you guys were super, Uniworld was out of this world in every respect: food, service, accommodations [SS Antoinette] were simply beyond belief. A PERFECT 35TH ANNIVERSARY CRUISE!
"I want to congratulate Uniworld and Premier for making our 35th wedding anniversary so special. I really don't know where to start, but guess a good place is when we walked in the door and saw the beautiful bouquet of flowers from Premier [Scott]. What a lovely way to start a trip after such a long, long flight to Budapest. From there, it only got better for each day of our 10 days with Uniworld. I must say that I am glad we chose to splurge with a suite as the cabins on our River Ambassador were a bit small for us. That said, everything on this trip was just perfect, especially the tour manager who seemed to already know we were celebrating a special occassion. He [Tony] went out of his way to try and improve on perfection. We did not meet one crew member who was not engaging and always smiling, even in the wee hours of the night when everyone had gone to bed. We also loved the fact that our package also included a three night stay in Prague all handled by Uniworld. It was perfect and we just fell in love with this historic and charming city, we could not stop walking around. Your Premier "Thoughts" on Prague and CompassPoint Guide, made getting ready for the trip effortless, right down to what to pack – you guys were spot on. We did eat at two of your suggested restaurants in Prague [Kolkovna & Indian Jewel] which were simply out of this world and cheap. Thanks for making this special."
