Thank you for putting a terrific cruise (and extension to Prague) together for us. Everything was perfect (including the weather) and we loved every part of our first river cruise and Emerald's marvelous new ship the Destiny. Our stateroom was perfect and one of the things we loved most over ocean cruises is less people and how it is to get on and off the ship. The entire crew was great as were the tours and tour guides. Your CompassPoint Guide saved us as did your great touring information on Prague. We're ready to book for next spring.

LOVED SCENIC
We loved our first river cruise on Scenic so much, I’ve actually posted it on my FB page. Scott, thank you for a memorable birthday celebration. The extras you and Premier provided made this a memorable vacation. Scenic covered every single detail from finding us at the airport, to sending us home in a private car. They could not have been more accommodating and we loved the fact that there we a number of Australian’s on board, what fun. Food was top notch and not having to even give them a credit card was a first! Can’t wait to go again.

ALWAYS FELT COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE AS A SOLO TRAVELER
I had never been out of the country alone, but was [as you know] determined to go on river cruise. First of all, I had no clue about what would be best for me, but you [Scott K.] took the time to listen to what I was looking for and ultimately suggested Tauck. I am so glad I found you and Tauck as this trip was so much more than I ever expected it to be in my first venture traveling solo. The river boat is such an intimate atmosphere that it was really easy to get to know people and because the Tauck Cruise Director made sure I knew the other solo travelers, it made the trip oh so easy for me. I never felt like a "duck out of water, not once!" The food was delicious, my cabin the best, although hardly ever in it, and I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed the Tauck tours. Thanks to everyone at Premier for making this trip so special for me. I can't wait to do it again.

WE LOVED THE CATHERINE!
My daughter and I fell in love with the Catherine and her crew. They could not have been more friendly and helpful in every way. It was really great going on an 'all inclusive' river cruise when everything was included in the price, I never paid for anything, not even tips to guides and that was great. Uniworld's shore excursions were absolutely wonderful and one even included a cooking class in Avignon from one of the chefs at hotel Mirande. The excursion to the olive plantation was fantastic and we came back smarter and with all kinds of new olive oils. The ship was amazing and elegant! The room was very large and beautifully decorated. Thank you so much for recommending Uniworld to us, it was about as close to perfect as a trip can be!

This was our first trip to Europe, we traveled a long way and Premier did a jolly good job on preparing us and working with us to pick the right pre/post cruise arrangements in Budapest and Amsterdam. The Viking ship which we know of down here was extraordinary in every way. The crew was always chipper, the food abundant and very tasty. The overall experience was enhanced by the quality of our tour guides and the exceptional hotels you suggested before and after our cruise. We also loved the fact that just about everything was included in our price. The Premier team made our arrangements almost seamless, so our hats are off to all of you.
